What is Access to Work?
Access to Work is funding provided by the government to help you start work, stay in work or move into self employment. It’s a grant of up to £65,900 per annum which does not need to be repaid and is not means tested. It can be used to provide practical support at work depending on your needs. This may include equipment, software, transport and other adaptations. ADHD coaching is also frequently recommended by Access to Work assessors.
